Eligibility Criteria for Indian Institute of Technology Palakkad:

Electrical Engineering (Post Code: 24301)-

• B.E./ B.Tech./ Three-year Diploma in Electrical Engineering with at least 60% marks or equivalent CGPA from a recognized University/Institution Or Post SSLC with 2 year ITI with atleast 60% marks or equivalent CGPA from a recognized Board/ University/ Institute with 2 years of relevant experience. Desirable: Adequate working knowledge in electronics, control systems, power electronics and electrical machines

CIF (Post Code: 24302) –

• B.Sc in Physics / Chemistry or B.Tech / B.Sc. in Electronics or allied area with atleast 60% marks or equivalent CGPA from a recognized University /Institution

Age Limit:

• Upper Age Limit: 27 Years

Age Relaxation:

• Relaxation in age to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Other Backward Classes- Non-Creamy Layer (OBC-NCL), Persons with Disabilities (PwD) and Ex-Servicemen would be admissible as per Government of India Norms.

Mode of Selection:

• Selection of candidate/s for appointment to the post shall be based on the performance in the test/interview.
