Eligibility Criteria for Kerala Public Service Commission:

1.Assistant Professor in Cardiology: –

• DM/DNB in Cardiology.
• Permanent Registration under Kerala State Medical Council (TCMC)/ Council for Modern Medicine.

2.Assistant Professor in Endocrinology: –

• DM/ DNB in Endocrinology
• Permanent Registration UnderKerala State Medical Council (TCMC) / Council for Modern Medicine

3. System Manager: –

• MCA or B.Tech Electrical & Electronics/Computer Science or B.Tech (any discipline) with specialisation in Computer (i.e.,PGDCA or equivalent) with 8 years experience in Data Processing/Software Development OR
• B.Tech (any discipline) with 10 years experience in Data Processing/Software Development OR
• MSc with specialisation in Electronics/Physics/Computer Science/ Mathematics/Statistics with 10 years experience in Data Processing /Software Development

4. Divisional Accounts Officer: –

• Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or a pass in the Intermediate Examinations conducted by the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India. OR
• A pass in B.Com. in First Class with not less than 3 years experience in Government undertakings in Finance and Accounts Department. OR
• Graduation plus a pass in the SAS (Commercial) examination conducted by Indian Audit and Accounts Department

5. Divisional Accounts Officer (By Transfer) (In-service Quota): –

• Appointment to the post of Divisional Accounts Officer through By Transfer (In-service quota) appointment will be based on the marks secured in the competitive and qualifying examination (Objective Type OMR Test) conducted by the Kerala Public Service Commission, comprising of the following papers.

6. Computer Operator/Analyst: –

• Bachelor’s degree from any UGC recognized University/National Institutes established by the Central Government or Institution established by Government of Kerala.
• PGDCA from any Institute recognized by Government of Kerala / Government of India

7. Technical Assistant Grade II: –

• Diploma in Food Technology with atleast a second class. OR
• Degree in chemistry with atleast a second class. (Note : Preference will be given to Candidates with Food Technology qualification) OR
• PG Diploma in Food Analysis and Quality Assurance from the Defence Food Research Laboratory under University of Mysore. OR
• PG Diploma in Food Analysis and Quality Assurance from a UGC recognised University or National Institutes established by Government of India or Institutes established by the government of kerala

8. Operator: –

• Pass in SSLC or its equivalent.
• National Trade Certificate (NTC) awarded by the National Council for Vocational Training in the trade of Electrician/ Mechanic Motor Vehicle/ Electrical/ Mechanical after the completion of 2 year course or its equivalent. OR
• Kerala Government Certificate Examination in Engineering in Electrical issued by Government of Kerala after the completion of 2 year course or its equivalent.

9. Tradesman – Turning: –

• A pass in Technical High School Leaving Certificate Examination with specialization in the appropriate Trade. OR
• Pass in Secondary School Leaving Certificate Examination or equivalent.
• National Trade Certificate in the appropriate Trade / Pass in Kerala Government Certificate in Engineering Examination in the appropriate Trade / Pass in Vocational Higher Secondary Certificate Course in the appropriate Trade. (GO(P)No. 503/2012/H.Edn dated 12.10.2012)(SRNo 728/12)

10. Electrician: –

• SSLC or equivalent.
• National Trade Certificate in the trade of electrician or equivalent

11. Materials Manager: –

• B.Tech. (Mechanical/Electrical) with 5 years’ experience in a relevant field in the reputed organization (in the store purchase section in Coir/ Rubber processing industry).

12. Attender: –

• Should have passed IX th Standard
• Should know Cycling

13. High School Teacher (Malayalam) (Recruitment By Transfer): –

• A Degree in Malayalam or Graduation with Malayalam as one of the optional subjects under pattern II of Part III and B.Ed/BT/LT conferred or recognized by the Universities in Kerala. Or
• A Title of Oriental Learning in Malayalam awarded by the Universities in Kerala and Certificate in Language Teachers Training issued by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala

14. Part Time High School Teacher (Arabic): –

• A Degree in Arabic or (Arabic as one of the optional subjects under pattern II of Part III) and B.Ed/B.T/L.T conferred or recognised by the Universities in Kerala. Or
• A Title of Oriental Learning in Arabic awarded or recognized by the Universities in Kerala (if such title has been declared as equivalent to Part III of Degree) and Certificate in Language Teacher’s Training issued by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala.

15. Staff Nurse Grade II (Special Recruitment for ST only): –

• A pass in Plus Two/Pre-Degree (with Science subjects) course/pass in VHSE (with Science subjects)/VHSE in Domestic Nursing of a recognized University or its equivalent.
• A pass in B.Sc Nursing of a recognized University or a pass in General Nursing and Midwifery course having not less than 3 years duration from any institution recognized by Government.
• Certificate of Registration with Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council as Nurse and Midwife, in the case of woman candidates and as Nurse in the case of male candidates.

16. Laboratory Technician Gr. II (Special Recruitment for ST only): –

(a) General

• A pass in Pre-Degree or equivalent examination with not less than 50% marks or ‘B’ Grade in Science subjects. Relaxation of 10% marks will be allowed to those belonging to Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribes who come under the purview of G.O (P) 208/66/PD dated 21.05.1966 and subsequent orders/amendments.
• S.S.L.C or equivalent for Ex-servicemen who have passed Class I Blood Transfusion Assistant Test and have put in not less than 15 years service in the Armed Forces.

 (b)Technical

• A pass in one year Medical Laboratory Technician’s Training Course conducted by the Medical Colleges in Kerala or by the Public Health Laboratory, Thiruvananthapuram or any qualification equivalent thereto.

17.Pharmacist Grade II (Special Recruitment for ST only): –

• Pass in SSLC or its equivalent.
• A pass certificate obtained after successful completion of Nurse-cum-Pharmacist Training Course (Homoeopathy)/Certificate Course in Pharmacy (Homoeopathy) conducted by the Government of Kerala or its equivalent qualification recognised by the Government
