• Holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department
• With five years’ service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in posts in level 10 in the pay matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre or department  

Assistant Director (Finance):

Officers Under the central government

• Holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department
• With two years’ service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in posts in level 07 in the pay matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre or department  

Age relaxation for NHA:

• 56 years of age as of the application deadline for deputation
• The crucial date for determining the age limit shall be the closing date for receipt of applications from the candidates in India
