- M.Ed. with minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade from any recognized University
- NET/SLET/Ph.D., from any recognized University.
Or
- M.A. in Education with minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade from any recognized University

Art Education: –
- Post Graduate Degree in Fine Arts (MFA) or Visual Art (MVA) with minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade from any recognized University

Lecturer, In.Service Education, Field Intemctton & Innovatton Coordination (Ific): –

OR
- At least 3 years’ experience of teaching in a school/TEl (preferably Elementary/Secondary level)
- At least 3 years’ experience in curriculum development preparation of textbooks/ Educational Testing and Evaluation, preferably in Elementary/ Secondary Education
- Proficiency in the use of ICT for educational purpose.
Lecturer, Work Experience (We): –
- Master’s Degree in Humanities/Social Science/Science with 55% marks or equivalent grade from any recognized University
- B,Ed. degree with minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade from any recognized University
- Training on basic Education Experience/ SUP Vocational Education/Craft Education from Govt. recognized institution.
OR
- 2 (two) years Diploma (recognized by the Director General of Employment & Training) in a technical trade with 55% marks or equivalent grade
- NET/SLET/Ph.D. from any recognized University.
Lecturer, Educational Technology (Et): –
- Maste/s Degree in Humanities/ Social Science/Science/information Technology with minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade from any recognized University.
- M.Ed. with 55% marks or equivalent grade with a paper in Educational Technology/AV Education
OR
- B.Ed. degree with ET/AV Education as one of the papers with 55% marks or equivalent grade from any recognized University and successful completion of a training course on ET/AV Education of not less than 6 weeks duration from Govt. recognized institution
- N ET/SLET/Ph. D. from any recognized University
OR
- Master’s Degree in Humanities/Social Science/Science/information Technology with 55% marks or equivalent grade from any recognized University.
- Degree in Communication/Mass Communication/Commercial Art/Films & TV Programme/ Engineering with 55% marks or equivalent grade from any recognized University
- NET/SLET/PhD. from any recognized University
Age Limit For APSC Lecturer Recruitment:
- The candidates should not be less than 21 years of age and not more than 38 years of age
Age Relaxation For APSC Lecturer Recruitment: –
- By 5 years for SC/ST candidates, i.e, upto 43 years,
- By 3 years for OBC/MOBC candidates i.e, upto 41 years as per Govt. Notification No. ABP. 6/2016/9 dated Dispur the 25th April 2018.
