Eligibility Criteria:

| Engineer/Sr. Engineer/Dy. Manager | Applicant should be Engineering Graduate or Diploma in Engineering (Full Time with Minimum 50%, marks) in Mechanical(Mech)/Productio n/ Civil/E&I(Electrical/Electronics/ Electronics & Telecommunication/Instrumentation) discipline from a recognized University/Institute. |
| Sr. Engineer(PAUT) | Mechanical Engineer (Full Time) with Minimum 50% marks from a recognized University/Institute. In addition to Degree/Diploma, candidate shall also possess ASNT/PCN Level-II certification in PAUT. Preference will be given to candidates having ASNT level-II in other NDT methods in addition to PAUT. |
| Sr. Officer | Graduate (full time with minimum 50% marks) from a recognized university with professional qualification of Chartered Accountant (CA) from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India OR Cost Accountant (CMA) from The Institute of Cost Accountants of India |
| Dy. Manager | MBA Degree with HR specialization/Post Graduate degree in Social work with specialization in Personnel Management & Labour Welfare/ P. G. Degree in Personnel Management & Industrial Relation or equivalent. |
