- holding analogous posts on regular basis; or
- with 3 years regular service in posts or equivalent; or
- with 6 years regular service in posts in Pay Level 5 (Rs.29,2 2,300) Of 7th CPC Pay Matrix or equivalent: or
- with 10 years regular service in posts in Pay Level 4 (Rs.25, Rs.81 , 100) of 7m CPC Pay Matrix or equivalent; and b) Possessing 2 years’ experience in administration, accounts budget.
