Period of Contract

• The contract initially would be for a period of three years and may be further extended for a period of two year in stages subject to functional requirements, appraisal of the performance and medical fitness of the individual.

Eligibility Criteria For GMDC:

Dy. General Manager (Coal-I)

• Ideal candidates would be B.E. / B.Tech. in Mining from a reputed institute, possessing First Class Manager Certificate under the CMR 1957 from DGMS.  
• Minimum 15 Years of relevant experience.
• Computer proficiency and working through e-office/VC.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.  
• Strong attention to details and technicalities.
• Excellent organizational and technical skills.  
• Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.

General Manager-Coal Projects

• Candidates should have B.E./B.tech Mining Engineer from a reputed institute, possessing First-Class Mines Manager’s Certificate (Coal).
• 20+ years of experience in managing Coal Mining Projects.
• Possess at least 5 years of leadership experience in the development of Coal Mines in India (i.e. from Greenfield project stage to production stage).
