Eligibility Criteria for NIEPMD Recruitment 2024:

Associate Professor (Medical Science):

1. MBBS with Doctor of Medicine (MD) in Paediatrics/ Psychiatry/ Physical Rehabilitation/Neurology/ Orthopaedics/ ENT/ Ophthalmology with MCI registration.

2. At least 8 years of experience in teaching and clinical practice/ or research in an academic/ research position or equivalent to that of Assistant Professor/ Lecturer in an University, College or Accredited Research Institution / Industry.

Desirable Qualification:

1. Ph. D

2. Experience in guiding research scholars and experience in extension and outreach activities.

3. Experience in Medicine and working with Persons with Multiple Disabilities.

4. Published work in the field in reputed journal/ Presentation of scientific papers at conferences at national & international levels.

Lecturer in Clinical Psychology:

1. M.Phil Clinical Psychology from RCI recognized Institute.

2. Valid RCI registration as Professional.

3. Two years of experience in clinical/ teaching/research in the relevant field after completion of the qualifying degree.

Desirable Qualification:

1.Ph.D Psychology /Clinical Psychology/Psy.D

2. Experience in working with persons with multiple disabilities.

3. Publications in reputed journals

Age relaxation for NIEPMD Recruitment 2024:

• Associate Professor (Medical Science): For Direct Recruitment not exceeding 50 years
• Lecturer in Clinical Psychology: For direct recruitment Not exceeding 40 years
