Educational Qualification for NIT Calicut:
[i) MSc. (Physics, Materials Science, Electronics), B.E./B.Tech. (Electronics, Materials Science, Applied Physics, Mechanical), with a minimum of 55% marks (or equivalent grade) and having a valid GATE/CSIR/UGC/NET score.
(or)
(ii) M.E./M. Tech [Electronics, Materials Science, Mechanical) with minimum of 55% marks or equivalent grade and GATE qualified.
(iii)Expertise in the area of thin film preparation and characterisations are desirable.
