Counsellor :

• M.A./M.Sc. Psychology from recognized university plus regular one year graduate diploma in guidance and counseling
• M.A./M.Sc./M Com with B.Ed/M.Ed qualification plus regular one year post graduate diploma in guidance & counseling
• B.A/B.Sc (Psychology) with certificate of diploma in counseling

Art Master :

• Master Degree in fine Art recognized Institute/University
• Higher Secondary/Intermediate Sr. School Certificate Examination with minimum 5 years/7 years Part time diploma in fine Art diploma in Fine Art/Painting/Drawing and Painting from a recognized institute/University
• Graduate with Fine Art/Art/Drawing and Painting as one of the subjects with minimum 4 years Diploma from recognized Institute/University

Ward Boy :

• Matriculation pass from recognized Board
• Should be able to converse fluently in English

Band Master :

• Potential Band Master/ Band Major/ Drum Major at the AEC Training College and centre Pachmarhi OR Equivalent Naval/Air Force Course. OR Equivalent Course

Age relaxation for Sainik School TILAIYA:

• Age relaxation for reserved category as per Govt. norms.
• 21-35 years for deputation as on closing date of application
