TPSC (Tripura)

The state government of Tripura has established the Tripura Public Service Commission, or TPSC, in accordance with Article 315 to carry out competitive and civil services examinations. After eight months, on January 21, 1972, the state of Tripura was established, and TPSC was established. Following eight months without its constitutional body, the commission was established on October 30, 1972, in accordance with Article 315 of the Indian Constitution. It carries out a number of tasks connected to the hiring process for different civil services under its purview. Its primary purpose upon establishment was to administer competitive exams.
